As stated by Oxford dictionary, 'emotion' is a strong feeling deriving from one’s circumstances,mood or relationships with others.

Nowadays,it is crucial to induce control over our emotions and become emotionally strong for emotional breakdowns are common everywhere.An emotionally strong person conquers every kind of situation and people as well.Emotional stability makes a person mentally strong as the two are in quite connection with each other.

Carroll Izard has set forth 12 discrete emotions:guilt,contempt,self-hostility, sadness,joy,surprise,interest,anger,fear,disgust,shame and shyness.

It is not so challenging to acquire emotional stability.One can do this on an individual level without any assistance.Here’s listing the key habits required to build emotional stability:-
